One daily habit that’s quietly draining your energy

Most people do this without realizing what it’s costing their sleep and health.

Hi, it’s Clara,

If your sleep feels lighter than it used to…
If you're tired by mid-morning…
Or if digestion seems slower than before...

There’s a habit I’d love you to take a second look at:
👉 Eating dinner too late.

At first glance, it seems harmless.
You finally sit down to eat after a long day — around 8 or 9 PM.

But here’s what really happens when we eat too close to bedtime:

❌ Your body shifts focus to digestion — not repair
❌ Sleep becomes lighter, and you wake up less rested
❌ Your heart rate stays elevated — when it should be slowing down
❌ You wake up bloated, heavy, or still tired
❌ And yes… it can even speed up aging over time

Your body isn’t built to process a big meal at 10 PM.
It’s built to rest, restore, and heal.

✅ Try this instead:

Finish dinner at least 2–3 hours before going to bed.
This gives your system time to process food before sleep kicks in.

If you sleep at 10, try to eat by 7.
Can’t make that work yet? Start with 30 minutes earlier — it still helps.

Many of our readers say this one small shift made a bigger impact
than any supplement or sleep aid they’ve tried.

This isn’t about doing more.
It’s about doing what actually works — and getting out of your body’s way.

I'll be back soon with another tip that protects your energy, digestion, and long-term health.

Until then — take care of yourself.
You only get one body.

Warmly,
Clara
